1. Overview
Sidewalk Services Inc. ("Sidewalk") is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information of individuals who visit sidewalk.ai and it's subdomains (the "Site") and use the services available thereon (the "Services"). Amendments to this Privacy Policy will be posted to the Site and will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site and Services following the posting of any amendment to the Privacy Policy shall constitute your acceptance of such amendment. You should periodically review this Privacy Policy and check the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document to familiarize yourself with the most recent version of this Privacy Policy.
2. Children Under 13
Our Site is not intended for children under thirteen (13) years of age. We do not knowingly provide the Site or the Services to, and will not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13 or anyone else under the age of consent. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 3. Visiting Our Site from Outside the United States
Sidewalk operates in the United States and works solely with US-based customers. Our Site and Services are not appropriate for any entity that does not reside and do business within the United States.
4. Information We may Collect About You When You Provide It To Us
Sidewalk may collect personal information from you when you submit web forms or interact with our Site and Services. “Personal Data” means data that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data. “Anonymous Data” means data that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Data; Anonymous Data does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons. We may collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data, as described below:

- Social media account name
- Employer or company name
- Your Job Title or profession
- Any other information provided by you
5. Information We May Collect Automatically Through Your Use of the Site and Services
Sidewalk may automatically collect Personal Data from you when you interact with our Site and Services. We may collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data, as described below.
- Device Information such as your IP address, browser type, browser version, browser usage, operating system, referring url, exit url, geolocation data, and other unique identifiers.
- Usage Data such as which pages you view and interact with in the Site and Services, including but not limited to the date, time, duration and method of use.
6. Use of Your Personal Information
We never sell your Personal Data. In addition to uses of Personal Data referenced in other sections of this Policy, we may use your Personal Data to:
- provide the Services to you
- improve the quality of the Site and Services
- provide you with communications which you have signed up for or otherwise agreed to receive
- provide information to you so that you may use the Site and Services more effectively

- protect the rights, property or personal safety of you, us, our users and the public; and as required or
- provide other companies statistical information about our users but only in an aggregated and deidentified basis and for recruitment purposes if you have applied for a role at Sidewalk.
7. How We Share Your Personal Information
We may from time to time disclose your Personal Data to subsidiaries, affiliates and other third parties for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Subsidiaries: We currently have no subsidiary businesses. p>Service providers: We may share your Personal Data and Anonymous Data with services providers in order to develop, engineer, market, sell, and otherwise operate the Site and Services. Examples of our service providers are companies that provide hosted software that helps manage our sales, marketing, Backoffice and support programs; providers that we have hired to help develop parts of our Site and Services; and providers that help us operate our Site and Services for our customers such as a hosting, data storage, payment processors, security, email and file management providers.
Advertising providers: We may share your Personal Data and Anonymous Data with advertising providers who help us retarget prospective customers on various platforms as well as find "lookalike" audiences to find other customers that match customers we may already have or are interested in our services.
Any competent government or regulatory body: We may share your Personal and Anonymous Data with government and regulatory entities, including but not limited to law enforcement, court or regulatory body where we believe disclosure is nessisary.
Special Business Events: We may share your Personal Data and Anonymous Data with a potental buyer in the case of sale, merger, consolidation, liquidation, reorganization or aquisition event.
Any other person or entity with your consent.
We may also share anonymized, aggregated information with selected third parties for statistical purposes.
8. Your California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides consumers with specific rights regarding their Personal Information. You have the right to request that businesses subject to the CCPA disclose certain information to you about their collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months. In addition, you have the right to ask such businesses to delete Personal Information collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. If the business sells Personal Information, you have a right to opt-out of that sale. Finally, a business cannot discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
Consistent with California law, if you choose to exercise your applicable CCPA rights, we won’t charge you different prices or provide you a different quality of services. If we ever offer a financial incentive or product enhancement that is contingent upon you providing your Personal Information, we will not do so unless the benefits to you are reasonably related to the value of the Personal Information that you provide to us. You can exercise your rights yourself by emailing privacy@sidewalk.ai or you can alternatively designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on your behalf. Please note that to protect your Personal Information, we will verify your identity by a method appropriate to the type of request you are making. We may also request that your authorized agent have written permission from you to make requests on your behalf, and we may also need to verify your authorized agent's identity to protect your Personal Information.
9. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Site may contain links to other sites and we are not responsible for the privacy or security practices or the content of such sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of linked sites. Their privacy policies and practices differ from our policies and practices.
10. Use of Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your computer when you visit a web page that is using cookie technology. Cookies are used for various reasons, often to provide a better browsing experience or provide site functionality. Some cookies are used for analytics and tracking purposes, so we know how users are using our site. This can help us make better business decsions. Some cookies are session based (they expire when you close your browser) and some are persistent (they stay on your computer until you delete them). We use cookies on our Site and provide an option to decline some types of cookies. If you want to remove or block cookies from your computer you can do so through your browser's preferences settings.
11. Do Not Track
Certain web browsers offer "Do Not Track" technology. Because this technology has yet to be standardized, we do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals from web browsers.
